Refunds & Replacements

Thank you for supporting KING SKY PRESS. Every purchase helps fuel our mission of truth, faith, and creative independence. The policy below explains how refunds are handled for all products sold on this site.

All Sales Are Final

At this time, KING SKY PRESS does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any orders once they are placed.

This applies to all merchandise, books, apparel, and physical products unless the item arrives damaged.

Refunds for Damaged Items Only

If your package arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement.

To qualify, you must provide:

 

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

  • A refund request submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note:

Damage caused by the customer after delivery does not qualify.

No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital purchases, including ebooks, PDFs, digital downloads, or any digital content, are non-refundable.

Once the file is delivered, access cannot be revoked, so all digital sales are final.
